Captain Tim is a 33 year veteran of the charter fishing game.  Born and raised in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, he still resides less than a mile from the docks.  At age 12, he began paying his dues mating on various vessels, learning the tricks of the trade from the old salts that plied the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. 

One of those old salts happens to be his father, Captain Chuck Klein.  With 50 some odd years of experience on the Bay and the coastal Atlantic, Chuck likes to joke with his son saying, “I’ve forgotten more about fishing than you know, boy”.  At 82, Chuck has finally retired, but is still known to show up at the Rod ‘N Reel Docks and make sure everything is still being run to his high standards.
